Our travel consultants, whether it be face-to-face or over the phone, always go the extra mile to find the perfect holiday. Alternatively, some of our customers may choose to buy their holiday through our straightforward and user-friendly website or through Teletext TV. The channels are many. Then there’s the important experience in the air. Our customers are safely flown to the destination of their choice by one of First Choice Airways’ experienced pilots, whilst everything in-flight is made special through our unique Star Class service concept, provided by our glamorous and helpful cabin crew. After touchdown there’s nothing better than being welcomed by one of our friendly resort representatives – always happy to help. They know how much our customers have looked forward to a well-earned break and will do everything they can to make it as special as possible. To ensure that we offer our customers what they want, we carefully research their needs and desires to be able to offer matching destinations, properties, products and services. We continually audit, review and improve our offering to ensure that it’s the very best. At First Choice we think of ourselves as innovative and we do things a little bit different (and better!).
