Alprecruit – Recruitment solutions for Tour operators and Hospitality professionals The driving force behind the success of Alprecruit is providing our customers with honest, effective and consistent service. Newly formed this year, we focus on recruitment overseas. Our expertise in this field has been gained through spending the last 18 months working within the industry overseas, in order to understand the culture of this specialist working environment. Prior to this, we focussed on hospitality and catering solutions within the UK. Alprecruit is based in the French Alps during the winter, but also has staff who travel the UK interviewing and selecting candidates. In the summer period we have a office within the UK. Our goal is to expand into the Tourism and Leisure sector further, working predominantly with overseas Tour Operators by applying exactly the same values and professional service which made us so successful within the UK hospitality industry. Being based in the Alps we will be able to provide each customer with a more personalised service during the winter season. We are a company that is small in size, but very effective at what we do best recruiting the best staff for Ski company’s. Alprecruit focuses on hospitality, including hotels, restaurants and chalets. Each member of our team has worked as a hospitality professional, and worked overseas for a tour operator, gaining experience in numerous capacities. This wealth of experience gives us a better understanding of what you are looking for in a candidate, and also what each role entails and requires.
